Joel Madden recently dropped some big news on his blog: he and Nicole Richie are going to be parents again!

Joel and Nicole have turned out to be two celebs that I quite like as parents, and the genes in their collective pool are pretty damn good. Case in point:
No mention of how far along Nicole is, so I hereby put her officially under Baby Bump Watch. Harlow looks so much like her daddy; I wonder who her new brother or sister will take after...
