When I was in high school I used to wear kilts and fishnets with black rock t's and steel-toed combat boots - a look I thought was dead cool.
This lovely ensemble of Miley's looks quite a bit like some of the outfits I used to wear. I like the Maiden shirt (though I must admit, I'm really not buying that Miley's an Iron Maiden fan) and the battered tights - I've always dug the trash/rock look. But the mom in me is wanting to yank her skirt down several inches and the rest of me is screaming, ELECTRIC BLUE SUEDE BOOTS? WITH TASSELS? Really, Miley?
