Sixteen year old son of John Travolta and Kelly Preston, Jett Travolta (pictured with family in an undated photo) died as a result of a seizure while the family were on vacation in the Bahamas.
The family was staying at the Old Bahama Bay hotel in Grand Bahama island when Jett fell in the bathtub and hit his head. He was taken to the Rand Memorial Hospital in the Bahamas but tragically, did not make it.
Jett was the oldest child of John and Kelly Preston, he had a younger sister, eight-year old Ella Bleu.
My heart goes out to the family. What a sad start to the new year.
