Dustin Hoffman against the concept of retirement

Seventy-one year old Dustin Hoffman has no plans to retire. In fact, the dapper film legend is intent on making it to 100, for a very good reason.

"I have a pact with my kids. My youngest is 21 and I said, 'I want to be there for your 50th birthday,' which means I have to be 100," he said.

As if I needed another reason to love this man.

Retirement isn't in Dustin's cards, either - on the contrary, he says he's "against the concept."

"I'm not retiring. You retire from a job you don't like, but you never retire from your work."
