Here's a novel idea for celebrities who are tired of being followed and photographed by the paparazzi: carry homemade signs bearing important messages to flash before the bulb goes off in your face - which is exactly what Illeana Douglas does.

It is Illeana Douglas, but I have to agree it is very photoshopped! My husband is a graphic designer and he points out this type of stuff all the time! I do think that it's a good idea though!

It isn't photoshopped, stupid! If you actually worked in graphics you would see that. What you see isn't a pinkie, it is in fact her index finger, which does make sense seeing as its next to her thumb.
If you take the image and play about with it you can also see that the skin tones are the same, and the main of the jacket is blue too.

If someone were to go to this much trouble to photoshop something like that in, wouldn't they choose a more widely known celebrity? and I think the first things they would have done would be to correct which hand they put on and the color of the jacket.

Anyone who said its photoshopped are clearly stupid.
