Lost: It's about freakin' time

Circle your calendars: Wednesday January 21, 2009 at 8pm: LOST finally returns. And the first night back is a glorious three hours long.

The first third is a one-hour recap episode followed by two back to back episodes of the fifth season.

The joy it brings me that Lost is more than likely moving back to Wednesday nights is both really nerdy and perhaps a tad weird.  What I mean, is all during season four's Thursday night slot, each Wednesday I was really screwed up because my mind was totally in a LOST frame of mind.  And each Wednesday I would have this bitter edge of disappointment knowing I had to wait another twenty-four hours for my Sayid-Sawyer fix.  See what I mean? Lost is a Wednesday night brain treat, not Thursday.  The end.  Make it Wednesday's again please.

Anyhow, waiting so long for the season five premiere most likely will be worth it since there are no breaks this year - no annoying month long breaks to drive me insane (more so than usual).

So let's see, we need to figure out where the island actually went and wtf is up with Jeremy Benthem?  Ah... I can't wait.
