Jack Osbourne, son of the legendary rocker Ozzy Osbourne, has stayed out of the spotlight lately, choosing instead to focus on getting fit and filming his British reality show, Adrenaline Junkie, which follows along as he prepares to climb California's El Capitan mountain.
He made the headlines over the weekend, though, when he went from Ordinary Celebrity to Justice-Seeking Superhero in the blink of an eye. While shopping in London on Saturday, Jack witnessed a purse-snatching. Instead of standing idly by, Jack went after the snatcher, caught him and held him down until the police arrived.
"I could see the girl was in trouble, it just felt like the natural thing to do. I’m glad it turned out okay," he told News of the World. A source said that Jack "easily beat" the robber and was "very modest" about the whole thing.
Bravo, Jack. Not only have you turned in to quite the hottie, you've proved yourself a good Samaritan, too!
