While most people go to the washroom to do their business, George Michael must consider it the perfect place to commit crimes. The 45-year-old pop star was arrested in a public washroom in north London last Friday after he was found in possession of crack cocaine and cannabis. No one has forgotten the fact that ten years ago he was arrested for engaging in a "lewd act" in a Los Angeles public washroom.
"I want to apologise to my fans for screwing up again, and to promise them I'll sort myself out," said Michael in a statement issued through his publicist. "And to say sorry to everybody else, just for boring them."
The police released him with only a cautionary warning. I’m thinking that George should be required to wear this shirt whenever he leaves him home.
So do we have wagers on what his next crime will be? At least we know where it will take place. This is like playing Clue!
Beware - when entering public restrooms, you might want to check to see if George Michael is lurking in one of the stalls.
