Are the real-estate industry problems in the US effecting even the rich folk? Britney has put her modest home in Beverly Hills up for sale.
And when I say modest, I mean by my standards: her 7,500 square foot bungalow has six bedrooms, six and half* bathrooms, a media room, library, maid’s quarters, screening room, and the bear necessities of a pool and hot tub.

She bought it for seven million back in December last year and according to some crackpot analyst, she could fetch at least an extra million in the sale of this home. She has it listed at 7.9 million which is a bargain.
Word has it that she wants to buy a house that will be more suitable for her and her two boys. Yes, because 7,500 square feet just isn't enough room for two boys. One yes, two no way - children of celebrities need at least 5,000 square feet each - it's a fact*.
