Lisa Marie Presley is the next Hollywood celebrity to announce that she's expecting twins!
After cruel speculation that she was getting fat, Lisa Marie, daughter of the late great King of Rock n' Roll Elvis Presley, was forced to announce her pregnancy.
Now Priscilla Presley, Lisa Marie's mother, confirmed with Entertainment Tonight that Lisa Marie is expecting twins. They will be Lisa Marie's third and fourth child, and first two with hubby Michael Lockwood. (She has two previous children from her first marriage to Danny Keough.)
Priscilla told ET:
"She wanted it really to be kept a secret for a long time, you know, and I think women should, because they should be able to announce what they're having and when it's time to make the announcement."
Twins run in Lisa Marie's family: her father was a twin (his brother Jessie Garon was stillborn) and Priscilla has twin brothers as well.
According to Wikipedia, her second child was born according to the Church of Scientology's silent birth, "naturally and in complete silence in a calm and supportive environment."
I'm curious if she will opt for the "traditional" Cesarean section for twins or if she will try and birth them naturally and in a completely silent and calm environment.
