Bob Geldolf's nineteen year old daughter, Peaches announced that last week she married her boyfriend, Max Drummey in Las Vegas. Apparently they have only been dating a few weeks.
What makes this really surprising is it was just a few weeks ago she was gushing about how much in love she was with Faris Badwan, frontman of The Horrors.
In a statement released on the marriage (which was apparently chock full of plugs for Max's band) it said that these two have known each other for two years and that they got married at the infamous Little White Chapel - home of really successful marriages like Britney and that guy Jason and Joan Collins and some dude. Oh and Bruce and Demi - though is it really fair to lump them in with the others considering they did last longer than average? This place is also famous for their drive-thru wedding window. I wonder if you get fries with that deal. Mmmmm fries.
Anyhow, Peaches has had an interesting year with a supposed drug overdose and getting nailed with photos surfacing of her allegedly paying for drugs. Maybe getting married is just what this girl needs to reign herself in. Or maybe not. So let the countdown to annulment begin sayeth naysayer motherbumper, let it begin.
