Star magazine is reporting that Shia LaBeouf is facing a major setback as a result of his recent car accident: amputation.
Shia, who was involved in a rollover on July 27, seriously injured his left hand in the crash, enough to require extensive surgery.
The magazine reports "exclusively" that doctors have told the Transformers star he "is likely to lose the pinky on his left hand."
Now, keep the source in mind: this comes from Star, a publication that isn't exactly known for its accuracy. Shia's rep hasn't responded to these claims and I've only seen this story on one other gossip site, and it's authenticity was being questioned there, too.
I certainly hope this is just another rumour, and am taking it with a big fat grain of salt until I hear otherwise.
