David Duchonny has checked himself into rehab for sex addiction.
In a exclusive statement to People via his lawyer, David said "I have voluntarily entered a facility for the treatment of sex addiction, I ask for respect and privacy for my wife and children as we deal with this situation as a family."
Woah. I guess all that pent up sexual tension from all those years on the X-files between Mulder and Scully really got to him.
I hope he has the support of his family because addition is addiction - no judgement here (okay, I'm totally judging and am thinking, I wonder if he had any fetishes - I'm so nosy).
Anyhow, David (48), has been married to actress Téa Leoni (42) for eleven years with two kids: daughter, Madelaine West, 9, and son, Kyd, 6.
