Nick Hogan's Birthday Gift SUCKS
Nick Hogan's moving on up and not in a good way...
Nick Hogan is serving time for a car accident - which I don't believe drunk driving combined with racing can be classified as an accident, but I digress - that caused his friend, John Graziano, a Marine who had just completed a tour of duty in Iraq, extensive injuries which have left him pretty much brain damaged.
Because Nick was 17 at the time of his arrest, he's been serving his 8 month sentence as a juvi. That's all about to change as Nick's 18th birthday approaches so does his gift of ADULTHOOD.
On his birthday, Nick will be transferred from juvenile to general population.
"Nicholas Bollea (Bollea is his real name) is [currently] a juvenile who has been court ordered to serve a sentence as an inmate in the Pinellas County Jail," Borden said. "The jail is an adult facility that has a daily population of around 3,300 inmates. Because he is currently a juvenile, he has been housed with other juveniles who have been similarly sentenced.
"On Sunday, his 18th birthday, he is scheduled to be transferred to a direct supervision dorm-type housing unit with up to 71 other sentenced adult male inmates," the sergeant continued. " It is my understanding that he will continue to work as a trustee in the Inmate Property Section of the jail."
