Tori Spelling's mama is selling their 'family' home and downsizing.
Uh, yeah. Downsizing.
To a $47 MILLION dollar condo with 360 degree views of Los Angeles.
Leaving behind the 123 room mansion she shared with her late husband, television God mogul Aaron Spelling, Candy is downgrading from 56,000 square feet to a mere 16,500 square feet.
My Lord, that must be like, the size of the gift wrapping room.
Or her closet.
Aaron and Candy have a home almost as big as a
football field. Built on the former estate of Bing Crosby, the six-acre
French-Georgian limestone home in the Holmby Hills area of Bel Air was
finished in 1991 at an approximate construction cost of $45 million. The
56,500 sq.ft, W-shaped house, "The Manor", includes 13-foot ceilings, a
doll museum, a gift-wrapping room, 20,000 square foot attic, a bowling
alley, a swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court, screening room, eight
2-car garages, 123 rooms, 12 bedrooms, 3 kitchens, 4 bars, a
greenhouse, 12 fountains, a gazebo, and an entire wing for Candy's
wardrobe.
The property also has a wing for servants, a 6,000 square-foot guest
house, 6 formal gardens, and a stable of thoroughbred horses.
Candy and Tori were estranged for the longest time (I think it was because Tori made fun of the gift wrapping room) and reconciled in March, 2007.
Tori and her husband Dean McDermott welcomed a baby girl, Stella, this past June

Is it just me, or does Candy Spelling have a gigantic forehead?

Maybe she'll buy the floor below and ride the elevator down to her dressing room and closet. Or, you know, pay someone else to wrap her gifts from now on.
