Brothers and Sisters actor Balthazar Getty, who's recently been photographed groping, fondling and kissing Sienna Miller, has confirmed that his marriage is no longer.
Like, duh.
Earlier this month, pics of Balthazar and Sienna in Italy surfaced on the 'net, with the two of them looking a lot like they were starring in a soft-core porn. Balthazar's wife of eight years and the mother of their four children, Rosetta, was said to have been mortified by her husband's actions.
In a statement released yesterday, Balthazar touched on the now-infamous pictures of him and Sienna, saying, "The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved. In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."
After the photographs came out, Us Magazine reported that the couple would be announcing their split shortly. "Sienna is not a homewrecker," a source told the magazine. "It's been over with him and his wife for some time. I believe he'll be making an announcement shortly."
While it may very well be true that Sienna's not a homewrecker, there's an old saying that keeps coming to my mind: If it walks like a duck and it talks like a duck...
