Andy Dick lives up to his name...again

Has-been Andy Dick, pictured above in his most recent mugshot, was arrested early Wednesday morning for drug possession and sexual battery.

Sexual battery of a SEVENTEEN YEAR OLD GIRL.

Here's the 411: Cops showed up at a parking lot near a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Murrieta, California, responding to a public urination/disturbance call. They found Andy in the front seat of a van that was trying to leave, and witnesses claimed that someone in the van had been groping a teenage girl.

According to Perez Hilton (and numerous other web sites), the victim told police that "as Andy Dick left the establishment, he approached two females outside the bar. Dick walked up to the 17 year old female victim, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down and exposed her breasts. A curbside lineup was conducted and the male was identified by the victim, as well as a witness."

After a pat-down, cops found weed and Xanax in Andy's pockets and made note of the fact that he was really, really drunk.

After posting the $5,000 bail, Andy was released to a detention centre yesterday. Dude has pulled crap like this too many times to count - among other things, this guy needs a serious evaluation and a good long stay in jail, as far as I'm concerned.
