Alison Sweeney's got a lot on her plate. Since 1993 she's played Sami on the long-running soap opera Days of Our Lives and has hosted The Biggest Loser since the show's fourth season. Married to California Highway Patrolman David Sanov since 2000, the couple welcomed their first child, Ben, in February of '05.
Alison recently revealed to the sixth season cast of The Biggest Loser - and to the world - that she's expecting her second child!
"She told them that, in a season all about family, hers is about to get bigger," her rep, Carrie Simons, told People.
Alison's come a long way since she started out on Days. She struggled with her weight, something that was heightened considerably because of her celebrity. She touched on that experience, and all of the gossip and smack talk that went with it, in her '04 memoir, All The Days of My Life (So Far).
At 31, Alison is happy and content - and she looks fabulous...
But she'll always be Sami to me.
