Jessica and Tony - these two are still dating?

I totally thought these two were through. And then I was positive they were kaput when Jessica's love triangle surfaced.

But no, these two were pictured recently at LAX and Jessica was wearing a t-shirt with a slogan that either represents  her support for the United Butchers of America or perhaps she just likes the fact that it makes Tony giggle, though she isn't really sure why.

Anyhow, I had no idea they were still dating because it's been all "Ashlee, Ashlee, Ashlee" which I'm sure drives Jessica nuts.  But regardless of the attention lavished on little sister, some chatter about Jessica has surfaced.  Apparently people have been saying Papa Joe, a role model for stage dads everywhere, has been interfering with the relationship between Jess and Tony.  But Tony is not impressed with these stories and denies any interference on Papa Joe's part. 

How boring.  I wonder what Ashlee's up to?

I saw the same picture yesterday and thought Jessica's shirt said REAL MEN EAT HEAT. And I was so confused.
