"Grey's Anatomy" star T.R. Knight does not have wedding plans in the works with his boyfriend Mark Cornelsen.
Knight said the recent legalization of gay marriage in California gave him an "extraordinary feeling."
"Once you are given something that you were never allowed before, you realize how much of a second class person you were before," he told Us Magazine. "That is horrible and fantastic at the same time. It makes me want to sob and scream with joy all at the same time."
"The floodgates have been opened they will never be closed," Cornelsen added.
I applaud Knight's honesty. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. Not to mention that if a 35 year old has a significant other that is only 19, I wouldn't recommend jumping at the chance to make a lifelong commitment. Plus should you live in Los Angeles and work in showbiz those odds are too far stacked against you. Enjoy love and lust and see if time is going to work its magic.
