Mother of the Year Dina Lohan doesn't want her trainwreck famous daughter Lindsay to appear on her reality show, lest it ruin her career.
Dina, who was recently honoured as one of Long Island's Top 20 Moms by Mingling Moms, an organization that has clearly lost touch with reality, is the star of Living Lohan, a reality show about her managing her younger kids' careers. Ali, 14, and Cody, 11, will be regulars on the show, but Lindsay won't.
“I told Lindsay I don’t want her on the show right now. Doing reality TV would almost be taking a step backward as far as her career," Dina said.
Heh. If Lindsay's career takes any more steps backward, it'll fall off the cliff completely.
While Papa Lohan's probably not all that far off in his thinking that his ex would put her daughter on the show in order to boost her own career, Dina insists she simply wants everyone to see they're a normal family.
“I did this to defuse the rumours about my family," she said. The media has just been so horrific to us over the past two years. I just want to get the message across that we are a normal family.”
