Julia Roberts and her friend Sophie Uliano, author of Gorgeously Green, were featured on Oprah's Earth Day Event.
"For me, green isn't extreme," Sophie says. "There's shades of green. You pick your shade."
Julia has always tried to make green choices such as driving a Toyota Prius. However now she is making even more environmentally conscious choices because of her children, three year old twins Hazel and Phinnaeus and 10 month old Henry.
Sophie recommends eating organically to avoid scary hormones and antibiotics found in meat and dairy. She also recommends organic rice and processed foods like tortilla chips, popcorn and crackers because these items can contain a tremendous amount of pesticide. The most important organic fruits and veggies to choose are strawberries, raisins, potatoes, green beans and cucumbers.

She is such a beautiful lady - and I just love the organic and green decisions she's made. Julia Roberts is cool in my books.
