Come to think of it, she does induce the urge to hiss and thrown objects at the screen.
Heather Mills just seems to do so many things that make it impossible to like her. Perhaps I might admire her bitchiness and how she plays the martyr so well - but only maybe. And when it comes to actually liking her or even feeling sympathy? Not in the least. I don't even really admire her aptitude for bitchiness. But when it comes to reading about her latest debacles, do I read everything out here? You betcha because she makes my shit head moves and tantrums appear grade school in skill level.
Ms. Mills seems to be on a "love me America" tour right now, and the most recent stop was the Miss USA pageant as a judge. It was hosted by Donny and Marie Osmond. I know because I couldn't find the remote the other night and endured a few minutes of it.
Anyhow - oh my holy crap they must have been hard up for celebs because it's not like Heather Mills is an expert on congeniality, public speaking, or anything remotely pageant related (wait, gold digging isn't an event - right?).
So Miss USA producers reportedly regretted having her as a judge for two reasons:
In true diva style, Heather held up the contract signing and negotiations forever, then demanded a cut of any future broadcasts. This reportedly made producers threaten to drop her from the ten person judging panel and I bet they regret not following that one through. Rumour has it, she was offered the same perks as other judges. Then when Heather wasn't getting what she wanted, it's reported that she approached The Donald (and pagaent owner) while he was out to dinner.
Next her introduction on the live Vegas show actually garnered a loud booing from the audience - oh mobs can be so cruel. And sometimes so right.
Anyhow, she apparently took it with a grain of salt which really is the only reaction one can have in this kind of situation. Except maybe disappearing and reinventing oneself as a philanthropist who shuns the spotlight as a possible back up plan.
Odds of that latter plan happening? Slim to none. I'd say there's a better chance of a remarriage to Sir Paul than Ms. Mills giving up money-grabbing and the quest to stay famous.
That lady must have some entourage or the most out of control ego around because as far as I can tell:
In Heather's head, she is a SUPERSTAR!
