Celebrity Hand Me Downs? COOL!

I want these baby shoes.  I don't have a baby to put them in but I really want these cute little Adidas running shoes.  The fact that if I did get them, I would be (a) supporting a great cause, (b) recycling because they are second hand, and (c) brushing up against celebrity owned items makes it even more amazing.

Yup - these shoes belonged to this beautiful little guy - August, son of Markisa Hargitay of Law & Order:SVU fame.

Johnson's along with some really great celebs, are hosting an eBay auction to raise money to "... help give infants and children worldwide a happy start in life.  Each donation will raise money for Johnson's new global charity initiative, www.babycause.com".

Need a highchair? - Julianne Moore has that covered  (Stokke!).  How about a booster seat ? - Elisabeth Rohm has added that to the list (olli red camo - omg cool). Jeri Ryan has thrown in a great grab bag that includes cool shoes, blanket and the grooviest teething ring I've ever seen.

Oh and the crown jewel (imo) - Matt Damon (who is on kid number three!!!) has donated a diaper bag.  Yes, you could stuff and sling and swear over the EXACT same diaper bag that probably has so much Damon DNA stuck to it, you could grow your own Jason Bourne with a little Jurassic ingenuity.  Or at least my diaper bags had that to offer (DNA that is, not Matt Damon).

So how about bidding on some cool baby stuff that promotes a great cause and recycles which makes it even cooler?  Sure beats that behemoth exersaucer that your sister-in-law pawned off on you, doesn't it?  And read more about www.babycause.com here.
