Pop tart star Jessica Simpson was released from LA's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center this afternoon after spending the weekend there, People is reporting.
Simpson checked in on Friday afternoon with a fever and was treated for a minor kidney infection.
Simpson's rep told People the star is "doing fine".
